We are sad to announce that on June 20, 2020, at the age of 83, Forrest D. Smith of Papillion, Nebraska passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie N. Smith and Ada R. Smith (Bradley); and his brothers, Jerry Smith and Robert Archie Smith. He is survived by: his child Jenni; his wife Eileen Smith (Rhodes); his children, Kimberly Shackelford of Gulf Shores, AL, Lori Woodruff (Jimmy), Mary Phillips (Terry), Greg Smith (Wednesday) and Jennifer Smith; his grandchildren, Amanda Knight, David Knight (Natasha), Benjamin Shackelford, Kully Woodruff, Joshua Woodruff (Katelyn), Jessica Phillips-Chism and Hollie Ballard (Carl); his great grandchildren, Mikey Chism, Blake Chism and Carlie Ballard; and his sister-in-law Sharon Smith of Palmyra. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and Shriners Children's Hospital.
