With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Emil Peterson Jr. of Papillion, Nebraska, born in McPherson, Kansas, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Emil left this world on May 31, 2024 at the age of 96, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil E. Peterson and Effie V. Peterson (Lundberg); his son Norman; and his sister Violet Cobb. He is survived by: his daughter Marilyn Wieseler (Bob) of Sidney, IA; and his daughter-in-law Joan Peterson of Hidden Springs, ID. He is also survived by six grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
