He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell P. Fender and Isabelle Fender (Herfert); and his sister Delores Christner. He is survived by: his wife Delma Heinzman of Anthony's Catholic Church; his children, Denise Fender Pratt (Bill), Dynell Fender Van (Trevor) and Derek Fender (JoAnn Hipwell); and his brother James Fender (Marilyn). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
