He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frances Blair and Willis Blair; his siblings, Willis, Joan, Bobby, Frank, Tommy, Gerry, Glen, Jackie, Dan and Pat; his sons, Donald (Jenise) and Dwayne; his foster children, Tino and Kathy; his wife Olive; his grandson Derek; his daughters, Maria Laney (Derek) and Belinda Brown-Blair; and his grandchildren, Jesse, Marcus, Alex, Zach, Erin, Audrey, Aaric, Kaden and Julien.
