He is survived by: his wife Dorothy; his children, Ken Hoge (Dalene) and Linda Jensen (Randy); his grandchildren, Matthew Hoge, Christopher Hoge (Jennifer), Rachel Hoge and Amber Sullivan (Cody); and his great grandchildren, Penelope and Jonathan Hoge. He is also survived by his family and friends.
