She is survived by: her brother Col. Barry; her sister-in-law Jo Kamhoot of Albuquerque, NM; her sister Karen Heskin of Lone Tree, CO; her children, Scott O'Neil (Jan) of Dunbar, NE, Janet O'Neil Clark (David) of Williamsburg, VA and Stuart O'Neil (Leslie) of Lawrence, KS; and her grandchildren, James, Katie, Daniel, Patrick, Elizabeth and Anna.
