She was predeceased by: her parents, Athel Gardner and Iona Brisbey; her husband Kenneth Belter; her daughter Rebecca Eggeling; and her siblings, Jean Trader, Ronald Gardner and O'Dell Derr.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debra Tillinghast (Pat) of Logan, IA and Sandra Meyer (Ron) of Florida; her son-in-law Rod Eggeling; her grandchildren, Chelsea Rodrigues, Carissa Rodrigues (Rich Clark), Lynne Sandahl (Tim) and Jeffrey Mulick; and her great grandchildren, Leah Masters (Adam), Joe Sandahl and Rowin Clark.
