It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Addisen Sinclair Carosella (Papillion, Nebraska), who passed away on September 10, 2020, at the age of 20, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Jessica Hornbaker and Todd Hornbaker; her brothers, Ryder and Hudson Hornbaker; her grandparents, Peter, Barbara Carosella and Larry Bock; and her aunts and uncles, Jeanine Arkfeld (Shawn), Noel Craft (Graham), Pete Carosella, Angela Carosella, Christian Hornbaker (Katie), Josh Hornbaker (Amanda), Laurie Bock-Lawrence (Kerry) and Terry Bock (Jolene). She is also survived by many loving cousins and friends.
