He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Kennedee Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Billie Chapman (Sams); his children, Toby Chapman of Panama, Tammy Chapman of Anderson, Diantha Randall (Jimmy) of Cave Springs and Melissa Alverson of Bentonville; his brother Leon Chapman (Cindy) of Norfolk; and his grandchildren, Cody Chapman, Kayla Chapman, Kelsi Chapman, Westley Randall and McKenna Johnson.
