He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Ikenberry and Hilda Ikenberry (Neeman); his parents-in-law, Rudolph Meyer and Minnie Meyer (Sporhase); his half-sisters, Maurine, Vivian, Charlene and Ethel (Ikenberry); his uncle Walter Neeman; and his brothers-in-law, Arlin Reuter, Leonard, Ervin, Norman, Ivan, Wayne and Dennis (Meyer).
He is survived by: his wife Lois Meyer of Syracuse; his children, Debbie Damme (Dale) of Talmage, Sheri Moss (Russel) of Burr and Charles Ikenberry (Kristen) of Runnells, IA; his grandson Clayton Damme (Ana) of Syracuse; his children, Clint Damme (Kathleen) of Talmage, Makayla Damme (Nick Stahl) of Omaha, Emily Rumery (Fredrick) of Unadilla, David Moss (Tarryn) of Lincoln, James, Walter, Joseph, Eve and Natalie Ikenberry of Runnells, IA; his great grandchildren, Romy, Desmond Damme and Halle Damme; his sister Lucy Ann Reuter-Masek (Bill); and his siblings-in-law, Lynn Meyer (Cindy), Ruby Meyer and Kathy Meyer. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Immanuel Lutheran Church in Eagle.
