He was predeceased by: his parent Montana; his father-in-law Jim Gay; and his brother-in-law Jim Gay, Jr. (Punk). He is survived by: his mother Helen Cook; his wife Barb Christensen of Palmer; his children, Amber Hoback (Michael) of Chapman, Mary Beth Christensen of Palmer, Katie Christensen (Seth Wilkinson) of St. Paul and Alex Christensen (Chelsi) of Aurora; his grandchildren, Mason Hoback, Natalie, Aubrey and Olivia Christensen; and his mother-in-law Mary Gay. He is also survived by brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law; nieces and nephews; and loved ones and friends.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Greenway-Dietz Funeral Home (802 Templin St, Palmer, NE 68864). The inurnment was held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Rose Hill Cemetery.
