He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl McClellan and Mary McClellan (Hunt); his wife Delores Ann Fairbairn; his son Roy; his grandson Travis; his great grandchild Rylee; his brother William "Bill"; his sister-in-law Dolores McClellan; his sisters, Ethel (Bob Fairbairn) and Irene (Bus Johnson); and his siblings-in-law, James Kasson, Elaine McClellan, Carl, Arlene Henningsen, Mike and Marge Schmidt.
He is survived by: his children, Roger (MaryAnna McClellan), Larry (Nancy McClellan), Donna (Steve Stec), Diane (Jeff Kostbahn), Ronald (Jean McClellan) and Deborah Hansen of Sac City; his brother John McClellan of St. Paul; his sister-in-law Jane Kasson of St. Paul; his grandchildren, Michael (Kelli McClellan), Cody McClellan (Heath), Alexa McClellan (Eric McClellan), Amy (Rob Edwards), Mikayla Kostbahn (Zach), EliseKostbaun (Fallon), Jesus Tamayo (Holly), Adrian Carlson (Marissa), Austin Timmerman (Mariah), Alex Ehrman (Kylee McClellan) and Karlee McClellan (Morgan McClellan); and his great grandchildren, Rowan, Miles McClellan, Thea McClellan, Zoey, Eli Kostbahn, Savannah Edwards, Keean Tamayo, Miriam, Veronica, Loretta Carlson, Karter, Hudson, Brodie Timmerman and Brielle Ehrman.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the American Legion Club in Palmer.
