He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Dugger and Etta Belle Dugger (Knapp); his brother Tom Dugger; and his brother-in-law Harold Kaiser. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Cernik of Palmer; his children, Jennifer and Robert Dugger (Shari Sock) of Cedar Rapids, NE; his son-in-law David Brundage of St. Libory; his son Chris Dugger (Chelsea Boyce) of Hebron; his grandchildren, Riley Dugger, HaiLee, Colten McCready, Kody Sock, Raylin and Hunter Boyce; and his siblings, Steve (Bridget Dugger), Bill (Deb Dugger) and Sue Kaiser.
