He is survived by: his children, Kaeli Cole (Curtis) of Omaha, NE, Karyn Bixler of Denver and Cole Bixler of Greensboro, NC; his grandchildren, Joseph, Oakleigh and Lincoln Cole; and his sisters, Beckey Young of Honolulu, HI and Dorinda Bixler (British Columbia) of Vancouver.
