She was predeceased by: her parents, Vincent Smoots and Rose Smoots (Osmera); her spouse Dale A Pugh; and her brothers, Billy Smoots and Jimmy Smoots.
She is survived by: her daughters, Carol Phillips (Edward) of Lakewood, CO and Lynda Tincher (Larry) of Broken Bow, NE; and her grandchildren, Dennis Phillips (Traci) of Fruita, CO, Kathy Chavira (Manuel) of Lakewood, CO, Scott Tincher (Stacy) of Loup City, NE and Christy Firestone (Matt) of Lincoln, NE. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild; and numerous extended family.
