She was predeceased by: her parents, John Potthoff and Amelia Potthoff (Fries); her husband Richard Baxter; her son James Baxter; and her siblings, Lillian, Robert and Franklin Potthoff.
She is survived by: her children, Richard "Alan" Baxter of Palisade, Gary Baxter of Palisade, Beverly Green (Mike) of McCook, NE and Linda Buck (David) of McCook, NE; her brother Henry Potthoff (Janice) of Carroll, IA; and her sisters-in-law, Betty Potthoff of Palisade, Mildred Baxter of Palisade and Kay Green (Bob) of Yuma, AZ. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren; and a host of extended family members and lifelong friends.
