She was predeceased by: her parents, Frances Sheffer (Elmer) and Ruth Sheffer (Thexton); her husband Robert Romine (Bob); her siblings, Ronald Sheffer and Margaret Sheffer Holmes; and her granddaughter Naomi King.
She is survived by: her children, Cindy King (Dave) of Onawa, IA, Randy Romine (Dawn) of Elmwood, NE and Arlie Holmes of Columbus, NE; her brother Gordon Sheffer (Kathy) of Orchard Park, NY; her grandchildren, Rachel Orvis (Dean), Josh King (Naomy), Hannah King, Brandon Cudaback, Elise Romine, Hope Gilmore (Kylor) and Dallas Romine; and her great grandchildren, Bo Orvis, Reagan Orvis and Riley Orvis. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, and a host of friends.
