It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Charles McTygue of Overton, Nebraska, born in Kearney, Nebraska, who passed away on March 3, 2024, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James McTygue and Barbara McTygue (Dickerson). He is survived by: his siblings, Jim McTygue of Omaha, Mark McTygue (Lynda Burman) of Eddyville, Joe McTygue (Alma) of Kearney, Matt McTygue (Melissa) of Eddyville, Mary Schipporeit (Paul) of Sumner and Anne Klingelhoefer (Sid) of Amherst; and his nieces and nephews, Abby Brooke (Ryan), Andy Schipporeit (Audrey), Stephanie Behrens (Marshall), Sam Tibbetts, Joey McTygue, Sarah McTygue, Katie Wilson (Austin), Jacob Klingelhoefer, Kalen Klingelhoefer, Josh Klingelhoefer and Madison Mills. He is also survived by numerous great nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
