He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew H. Stieb and Dorothy Stieb (Brown); his brother Bill Stieb; and his siblings-in-law, Twila Stieb (Price), Jean Rodehorst (Nolan) and Jim Nolan.
He is survived by: his wife Francie Stieb of Overton; his daughters, LaNae Phillips (Al) of Evans, Karen Sappingfield (Flip) of Gothenburg and Sandy Stoterau of Sioux Falls; his grandchildren, Justin Phillips of Evans, Shane Sappingfield (Kendyl) of Kearney, Jocelyn Borrell (Darryl) of Warren, Tre'Stoterau of Sioux Falls and Keiley Stoterau of Sioux Falls; his great grandchildren, Jax Fontenelli of Warren, Ohio and Willow Borrell of Warren, Ohio; his brothers-in-law, Mike Nolan of Phoenix and Ed Nolan (Gina) of Scottsdale; and his nephews, Kirk Stieb (Christina) of Loup City, Nebraska and Kris Stieb (Mandy) of Loup City, Nebraska. He is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
