She was predeceased by: her parents, Emil Wortman and Sarah Wortman; and her husband Gene Kruse. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 6 step-grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, 18 step great-grandchildren, and 4 step great-great grandchildren.
