Edward Weerts Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Edward Weerts (Osmond, Nebraska), born in Wentworth, South Dakota, who passed away on April 17, 2020 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank Weerts and Ida Weerts (Eichmann); his wife Margaret Julia Dicke; his children, Jon David (Gail), Gretchen Louise Young (James), Joel Edward (Gretchen) and Luke Alan (Christine); and his grandchildren, Peter Weerts, Marta Lewis (Drew), Christopher Young, Matthew Weerts, Andrew Weerts (Samantha) and Jason Grebasch (Sarah). He was also cherished by his children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and many nephews, nieces, cousins, and dear friends.
