He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Richter and Goldie "Irene" Richter; and his grandmother Minnie Dowson. He is survived by: his niece Carsen of Palmer, AK; his uncle Dean Dowson; and his cousins, Pete, Beth Cullan, Gothenburg, Eric, Janet Dowson, Tom, Meriann Emerson of Whitman, Leo, Judy Porter of Oshkosh and Leslie Moorhead of Gering.
