He is survived by: his brother James Black (Barbara) of Norfolk; and his nieces and nephews, Sandra Nuzback (Dave) of Lodi, Gail Raitt (Jim) of Prairie du Sac, Wisconsin, Tom Black (Debra) of Redwood City, Michael Black (Satoko) of Glenridge, Wade Herley (Kristine) of Norfolk, NE and Sam Herley of Yankton, SD. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
