He is survived by: his mother Casey Lynn Nickolite (Scow); his stepfather Chick Micek of Osceola; his father Brian Nickolite (Casey Russell) of Clarks; his siblings, Karissa Nickolite of Omaha and Austin Nickolite of Osceola; his stepbrothers, Parker of Lincoln, Tyson Micek of Lincoln, Logan, Lance and Levi Russell of Clarks; and his grandparents, Karen, Terry Sylvester of Bellwood, Cheri, Larry Nickolite of Shelby, Regan Scow of Rising City, Chuck, Joyce Micek of Shelby, Rosie and Sonny Grause of Clarks. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
