It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Elizabeth Hunt of Osceola, Nebraska, born in Lander, Wyoming, who passed away on February 14, 2025, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Mary shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Mary farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her daughters, Regina Joy Meyer and Gavyn Scott Rerucha (Dustin Haze Shook); and her sisters, Veda Sutphin and Judy Lona. She is survived by: her husband David Hayes Hunt of Osceola; and her children, Karl Meyer of Lincoln, Spring Rydel of Lake Havasu, AZ, Trista Kerl of Wilbur and Heather Rerucha of Utica. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Hillcrest Evangelical Free Church (2433 Progressive Rd, Seward, NE 68434).
