Joseph Arthur Fjell Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joseph Arthur Fjell of Osceola, Nebraska, who passed away on December 22, 2024 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Luther and Orpha Fjell (Ekstrom); and his grandparents, William Herman, Alma Sophia Fjell (Forss), Arthur Gustaf Emanuel and Florence Olivia Ekstrom (Carlson).
He is survived by: his wife Jackie (Rutter) of Osceola; his children, Ryan Fjell (Jennifer) of Stromsburg and Shauna Drozd (Bill) of Osceola; his stepchildren, Kyle Johansen (Renate) of Stromsburg, Roni Branting (Mike) of Stromsburg and Toby Johansen (Trisha) of Osceola; and his sister Beth Whitney (Lindy) of Aurora, CO. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, 11 step-grandchildren; two step-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 26th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Paul Lutheran Church (531 S Polk St, Osceola, NE 68651). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 26th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials are suggested to the family to be designated later.
