She was predeceased by: her parents, Foster Scott and Iva Scott (Colby); her husband Harold 'Turk Church; her son Dick; her grandson Richard; and her siblings, Ray Scott, George Scott, Billy Scott, Shirley LeSuer, Doris Cermak, Thelma Lohse, Marvelle Howe and Marge Cerny.
She is survived by: her children, Melody Richards of Osceola, Tammy Boden (Travis) of Osceola and Jeffrey Church (Christine) of Stromsburg; and her daughter-in-law Marge Church of Lexington. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
