She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James Heckard and Ellendar Ruth Heckard (Corrie); her husband James Maurice Bourquin; her children, Kevin Frazier (Maria) of Pico Rivera, CA, Terry Frazier (Darla) of Rising City and Bethany Rice (Daniel) of Osceola; and her siblings, James Heckard (Doris) of Myerstown, Pennsylvania and Jackie Snyder (Brian) of Martinsville. She was also cherished by eight grandchildren and one great grandchild.
