She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Cottingham and Ida Mae Cottingham (Bridges); her husband Stanley E. VanHoosen; and her siblings, Ralph, Leroy, Marcus, Gaynelle Graham, Ruby Abernathy and Martha Coleman.
She is survived by: her children, Michael VanHoosen (Janna Gustafson) of Polk and Joyce Rerucha (Allen) of Columbus; her grandchildren, Debbie Potter (Ben) of Lincoln, Matthew VanHoosen (Amanda) of Lincoln and Devin Rerucha of Columbus; her great grandchild Lucy Potter; and her sister Annie Joyce Deplanche of Prattville, AL. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
