He is survived by: his children, Tyler Zade (Carrie) of Indianola, Nebraska and Schehera Zade of Indianola, Nebraska; his grandchildren, Charles, Amelia and Osiris Zade; his sisters, Wyona Koehler of Holdrege, Nebraska, Pat Pohl (Jerry) of Aurora, Nebraska and Marilyn Cuba (Junior) of Glenvil, Nebraska; and his sister-in-law Linda Zade of Stromsburg, Nebraska. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
