He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Maly (Von Dietsch); his brother Christopher T. Maly; his former wife Marina Maly; and his uncle Joseph "Buddy" Von Dietsch, Jr.. He is survived by: his father Thomas Maly (Patricia) of Concord; his wife Rose Maly of Orleans; his children, Christopher J. Maly of Homer, Alaska, Brenda Maly of Anchorage, Alaska, Kimberly Heinz (Michael) of Kearney, Nebraska, Jacob Maly of Junction City, Kansas and Ryan Maly of Orleans; and his sisters, Melissa Graham (Earl) of Lost Creek and Angela McElwain (Ed) of Clarksburg. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and a host of other friends.
