He was predeceased by : his parents, Vernon Urban and Geraldine Urban (Carlton). He is survived by : his brothers, Jeff "Goof" Urban (Sue) and Corey Leo Urban; and his sister-in-law Janelle Morel of Norton. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
