He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin John and Naola Geneva Huwaldt (Williams); his parents-in-law, Bruce and Joan Van Ostrand; and his brother-in-law Bill Anderson.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Huwaldt; his son John Huwaldt of Orchard, NE; his sisters, JoAnn Anderson of Orchard, NE and Nancy Knight (Dennis) of Mitchell, SD; his niece Tiffany Anderson; his great-nephew Liam of Omaha; and his great-niece Emilia Delawder of Omaha. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Orchard United Methodist Church (380 Noble St, Orchard, NE 68764). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
