It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mildred Mae Wallace of Oneill, Nebraska, born in Hastings, Nebraska, who passed away on December 22, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Thomas and Mary Alice Shute (Wittwer); her husband Bob Wallace; her siblings, Edward Shute, Maribelle Sealock and Pauline DeWitt; and her brother-in-law Trenton Sealock.
She is survived by: her children, Marjorie, Margie Wallace of O'Neill, Bobbi Soukup of O'Neill, Dick Wallace (Sally) of O'Neill, Lorene Wallace (Tim Pellowski) of Austin, Texas, Joan Nielsen (Scott) of Burbank and Rus Wallace (Kristi) of Papillion; her grandchildren, Chad Soukup (Michelle), Brooke Ross (Brad Kotrous), Joe Soukup (Nicole Padilla), Ted Soukup, Sarah Medina (Jackson), Luke Wallace (Trista), Elizabeth Lienemann (Clayton), Aaron Pellowski (Rachel), Braden Pellowski, Rob Nielsen, Laura Zehring (Cory), Casey Wallace and Colby Wallace; and her siblings-in-law, Jeri Shute, Juliene Wallace, Jerry DeWitt, Gloria and Ivan Kurtz. She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, and grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
