We are sad to announce that on September 12, 2022, at the age of 89, Jim Butts of Oneill, Nebraska passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Walter and Adaleen Butts (Homolka); his stepfather Orville Kellar; his wife Mary Lou; his daughter-in-law Judy Butts; and his siblings, Ethel Jones (Jack), Mardelle Hoerle (Gene), Charles Butts (Lou) and Mary Lou Bly (Duane).
He is survived by: his children, Rick Butts (Diana) of O'Neill, Gary Butts of O'Neill, Cheryl Gilg (Kevin) of Cantonment and Dave Butts (Dawn) of O'Neill; and his grandchildren, Michael Grinnell, Gina Ainsworth (Steven), David Grinnell (Jennifer), Jason Butts (Jamie), Misty Butts, Chris Butts (Sara), Jayte Butts, Melissa Peterson (Chuck), Anna Gilg, Justina Weinrich (Aaron) and James Butts. He is also survived by 18 great grandchildren; 4 great-great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
