He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Hoffman (Duke) and Dorothy Hoffman (Frickel). He is survived by: his great grandchildren, Justin, Jacob, Mary, Sofiya, Roman and Chrystopher; his wife Janet Hoffman of O'Neill, NE; his children, Troy Hoffman (Jackie) of O'Neill, NE, Tami Disterhaupt (Clem Jr.) of Spencer, NE and Trent Hoffman of O'Neill, NE; and his brother Roger Hoffman (Mary Jo) of Atkinson, NE.. He is also survived by 8 Grandchildren, 3 Step Grandchildren, 6 Great Grandchildren, 6 Step Great Grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Seger Funeral Home (302 W State St, Atkinson, NE 68713). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. John's Lutheran Church (801 N Main St, Atkinson, NE 68713).
