He is survived by: his former wife Shirley Ruther; his sons, Michael Ferris (Cassandra Ferris) and Scott Ferris of Monroe, NE; his grandchildren, Jaydon Hanson, Lola Hamling, Landon Ferris and Laini Ferris; his parents, Garry Wecker and Bessie Wecker of O'Neill, NE; and his siblings, Maria Roeder (Jim) of O'Neill, NE, Joyce Saxton (Darrell) of Blackfoot, ID, Sandra Zwingman (Dale) of O'Neill, Luretta Alarcon (Pablo) of O'Neill and Garry Wecker (Danielle) of Parker, CO. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
