With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Debra Carr of Oneill, Nebraska, born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on October 26, 2020. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Roy Van Winkle; her former husband Ronald Dauer; her grandson Chris Kinzey; her grandparents, Don, Hazel Mattern, Lee and Alberta Van Winkle; her parents-in-law, Dean, Vel Smith, Alvin, Caroline Dauer, Hugh and Margaret Carr; and her siblings-in-law, JoAnn, Gene Carr, Jim Carr and Cecelia Carr.
She is survived by: her mother Patricia Van Winkle (Mattern) of Ord, NE; her former spouse Sidney Smith; her son Mark; her husband Patrick Carr of O'Neill, NE; her stepchildren, Marcus Smith of Colorado City, CO, Matthew Smith (Megan) of Fair Play, SC, Cameron Dauer of Weatherford, TX, Monti Carr of Omaha, NE, Kirk Carr (Mindy) of Omaha, NE and Kim Morton (Patrick) of Bellevue, NE; her siblings, Dave Van Winkle (Connie) of Fowler, TX, Mike Van Winkle of Creighton, NE and Cathy Radant (Larry) of Valentine, NE; and her parents-in-law, Darrel Carr of Amelia, NE, Pauline Carr of Harrisonville, MO, Sharon and Larry Roach of Spalding, NE. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Due to the ongoing pandemic, Debra's family asks that everyone wear face coverings.
