She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Bartos and Antonia Swoboda Bartos; her husband Marvin Ziska; her son-in-law Victor McConnell; her great grandchild Cameron McConnell; her brothers, Joe Bartos, Jr. (Beulah), George Bartos (Opal) and Raymond Bartos (Aletha); her parents-in-law, Charles and Elsie Ziska; and her nephews, David Bartos, Keith Ziska and Gary Hazelhurst.

She is survived by: her children, Daniel Joseph, Beverly McConnell of Atkinson, NE, Doreen Loeffelholz (John) of Halbur, IA and Dan Ziska (Marge) of O'Neill; and her grandchildren, Marty Lauridsen (Dave) of Columbus, NE, Rhonda Christensen (Nate) of Brandon, SD, Jeremy McConnell of Clearwater, NE, Sarah Medina (Jackson) of O'Neill, NE, Luke Wallace (Trista) of Lincoln, NE and Katy Rowan (Brook) of O'Neill, NE. She is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren; five great-great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.

Memorials are suggested to her family for future designation.
