Windell is survived by: wife Carol; children, Connie Kelly (Richard) and Wendell, Jr. (Monique); and siblings, Woodrow, Jr. (Mary), Albert (Mary), Leon (Priscilla) and Victoria James (Eddie). Windell is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
