He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Pfeifer and Cecelia Pfeifer; his siblings, Michael, Louis Pfeifer and Viola Pfeifer; and his stepson Joe Bacon.
He is survived by: his wife Grace Pfeifer of Omaha, NE; his daughters, Gail Weaver (John) of Eagle River, AK and Vicki Pfeifer (Ron Miller) of Gretna, NE; his stepdaughter Nancy Bryant of Denver, CO; and his siblings, Ron Pfeifer of Colorado Springs, CO, Lee Pfeifer (Stacey) of Cornlea, NE, Ted Pfeifer, Mark Pfeifer (Marilyn) of Columbus, NE, Sam Pfeifer (Rosie), Dee Mosley (John) of Colorado Springs, CO and Carol Johnson. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. John the Baptist Catholic Church (215 N 13th St, Fort Calhoun, NE 68023). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Calvary Cemetery (7710 W Center Rd, Omaha, NE 68124). A burial will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 2:30 PM to 2:45 PM at the same location.
