It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rodney Myron Meske of Omaha, Nebraska, who passed away on April 12, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Otto Meske and Ida Meske (Weidner); his wife Alice of Bennington, NE; his children, Natalie Stroud (Audie) of Lincoln, NE, Jennifer Robinson (Marshall) of North Platte, NE, Emily Panning (Troy) of Hooper, NE and Christopher Meske (Trisha) of Bennington, NE; his grandchildren, Luke, Ava Stroud, Ty, Maximus Robinson, Abigail, Lucille, Ivianna and Elenora Panning; and his brothers, Kenneth Meske and Dalton Meske (Rachel). He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Reichmuth Funeral Home - Omaha (21901 W Maple Rd, Elkhorn, NE 68022). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Zion Lutheran Church (14205 Ida St, Omaha, NE 68142).
Memorials are suggested to be given to LCMS World Mission at Mission Central, Mapleton, IA.
