He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo; his children, Trish and Michael of Omaha; his stepchildren, Marsi Johnson (Jeff) of Bettendorf, Todd Linder (Missy Peters) of Omaha and Steve Linder (Michelle) of Sterling Ranch, Colorado; and his grandsons, Trevor Johnson, Tyler Johnson and Max Linder. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
