He is survived by: his wife LaDonna France; his children, Alan France (Jun), Theresa Risley (Steve), Todd Borland (Ann), Gary Borland and Steve Borland (Maria); his grandchildren, TJ Dineen (Sydney), Tyler Dineen (Mackenzie), Thomas Dineen (Sydney), Cynthia France, Justine Peters (Steve), Devin Borland, Courtney Zemunski (Daniel), Ramsey Borland (Dora), Reece Borland (Jeanette), Lily Borland, Gabby Otto (Ryan), Adele Bakirane and Isaac Bakirane; and his sister Judy Kline (Ken). He is also survived by loving great grandchildren, other family and friends.
