He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Jo; his parents, Emil Chlupacek and Matilda Chlupacek; his sister Rosalie Chatfield; and his son-in-law Russ Iwan.
He is survived by: his children, Ray Chlupacek (Kris), Renee Iwan and Janice Totusek (Jay). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, October 20th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Korisko Larkin Staskiewicz Funeral Home Chapel (5108 F St, Omaha, NE 68117). A vigil service was held on Sunday, October 20th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the Vigil Service Korisko Larkin Staskiewicz Funeral Home Chapel (5108 F St, Omaha, NE 68117). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, October 21st 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Saint Bernadette Catholic Church (7600 S 42nd St, Bellevue, NE 68147).
