He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Burtis (Martha Bausman Voorhees) and NJ; and his siblings, Mary Martha Hayes and David B. Voorhees. He is survived by: his daughters, Katherine Coghlan, Melissa Rae, Martha Jane and Jennifer Rae; his wife Kit (Kit); his daughters, Heidi Lamkin (Bob), Missy Lamkin (Jerry), Martie Law (Steve) and Jennie; and his sister Alida V. Davis (Philadelphia). He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Reichmuth Funeral Home - Omaha (21901 W Maple Rd, Elkhorn, NE 68022). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
