He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Fields and Virginia Fields. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Nicholas Fields (Liz), Brandi Fields and Stephanie Roberts (Tyler); his grandchildren, Imogen, Oliver, Reid Fields and Allison Roberts; his pet Sadie; his sisters, Dianne Hardes (George) and Jacki Carlson (John); and his sister-in-law Barbara Bienias (Mike). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Omaha National Cemetery (14250 Schram Rd, Omaha, NE 68138).
