He is survived by: his children, Rylee, Jackson and Isabella; the mother of his children Amy Waldrop; his stepdaughter Kaitlyn Zemunsky; his parents, Jerry and Kris Laverdure; his aunt JoAnne Dye; his sister Chantel Chaney; his grandmother Phyllis Creese; his niece Clara Woodward; his nephew Chance Chaney; and his great-niece Eleanor Woodward. He is also survived by 3 brothers.
