He is survived by: his daughters, Kim Simmons of Omaha, NE, Cindy Vaughn (Steve) of Blencoe, IA and Brenda Van Houten of Omaha, NE; his grandchildren, Chasity Healy (Jarrod) of Turin, IA, Brandon Albers of Onawa, IA, Sabrina Simmons of Omaha, NE and CeCelia Jones (Omar Callejas) of Lincoln, NE; and his great grandchildren, Nevaeh, Tucker and Ryder Healy of Turin, IA. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
