Mary L. Dixon Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary L. Dixon of Omaha, Nebraska, who passed away on April 16, 2025 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Rose and Alice Rose; her children, Steven Carter, Debbie Barns, Rebecca Dixon and Yvonne McAtee; and her grandson Michael "Mickey" Rayburn.

She is survived by: her daughters, Greta Carman of Council Bluffs, Valerie Jones of Omaha and Timmi Dixon of Omaha; and her sister Freda Davis of Omaha. She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Evergreen Memorial Park Cemetery (4720 S 42nd St, Omaha, NE 68107).

Memorials will be directed by the family.
